Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall Player Tourney Reg

Requests for refunds must be received in writing/email by the indicated dates below. • Full refund for cancellations made prior to the registration close date for that season/program • 75% refund for cancellations made after the close of registration but before the season/program begins • No refund for requests made after the season/program has begun o Exceptions made on a case to case basis with review from the Board members • In the case of injuries that prevent the player participating in the program, refunds may be issued after the registration close date and are evaluated by the Board members The Vail Valley Lacrosse Club is a 501c-3 charitable organization. We keep registration costs as low as possible while still providing an excellent experience for players. Program fees collected during registration are used prior to the season in order to fund our operating budget. Because of this, full refunds are only issued prior to the registration close date for that program. By completing registration, you agree to the refund policy. VAIL LAX JAM Requests for refunds must be received in writing/email by the indicated dates below. • Full refund for cancellations made 8 days prior to the scheduled event • No refund for requests made within 7days of the scheduled event • Exceptions made on a case-to-case basis.
