Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Winter Indoor Registration

VVLC Camp/Clinic Requests for refunds must be received in writing/email by the indicated dates below. • Full refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled event • 75% refund for cancellations made withing 13 -7 days prior to the scheduled event • No refund for requests made within 7days of the scheduled event • Exceptions made on a case-to-case basis with review from the Board members By completing registration, you agree to the refund policy. Fall Vail Lax Jam

VAIL LAX JAM Requests for refunds must be received in writing/email by the indicated dates below. • Full refund for cancellations made 8 days prior to the scheduled event • No refund for requests made within 7days of the scheduled event • Exceptions made on a case-to-case basis.
