Fall Season

Please register your player for their grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

Registration includes practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Our littlest laxers do not go to tournaments, this program is practices only.

Registration includes practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays plus tournaments. Both boys and girls will attend the Aspen Fall Tournament and the Vail Fall Lax Jam, the girls will also attend the Steamboat Girls Sixes Tournament.

Because our programs have different tournament schedules, pricing varies. Review the details for each program in the registration section.

All players must have an active USA Lacrosse Membership to complete registration.

• Cost: $35/year (valid for 12 months from your purchase date).
• Membership must be active through October 22nd, 2026.

We recommend adding all parents or guardians who need to stay informed to each player's profile.

1. Log into the Vail Lax Crossbar website.
2. Click Account in the top-left navigation.
3. Select the player's profile.
4. Click + Add in the accounts section.
5. Enter the new user's email address.

• If they have a Crossbar account: They will be added instantly.
• If they don't have an account: They will receive a verification email to set up their profile and they will be added once completed.

The Vail Valley Lacrosse Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We work hard to keep registration costs as low as possible while providing an exceptional experience for our players.

Because registration fees are immediately invested into our operating budget to prepare for the upcoming season, we adhere to the following refund schedule. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Taylor Chavez at taylor@vaillax.com.

Refund Schedule

• Requests submitted before the registration close date for the specific season/program are eligible for a full refund.
• Requests submitted after the registration close date, but before the season/program begins are eligible for a 75% refund.
• Requests submitted after the season/program has officially started are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

• Injuries: If a player suffers an injury that prevents them from participating, a partial or full refund may be considered after the registration deadline. These are evaluated by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
• General Exceptions: Any other extenuating circumstances are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
